1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FlashMart mobile application and related services operated by ARVENSYS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
FlashMart is a business-to-business platform for shopkeepers, dealers, employees, and administrators in the FMCG distribution network. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business.
3. Accounts & onboarding
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Information you provide during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
- We may review onboarding documents and approve, reject, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
- Role-based access (shopkeeper, dealer, employee, admin) determines features available to you.
4. Orders, pricing & fulfilment
- Product availability, pricing, GST, and delivery timelines are shown in the app and may change.
- Orders placed by shopkeepers are fulfilled by assigned dealers subject to stock and service area rules.
- Order status updates (pending, confirmed, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled) are shown in the app.
- Invoices and tax details are generated based on information you provide (e.g. GSTIN).
5. Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying through the app you also agree to Razorpay’s terms. We record payment status and references; we do not store full card numbers. Failed or disputed payments may affect order confirmation.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to view.
- Interfere with app security, APIs, or other users’ experience.
- Upload false documents or misrepresent your business identity.
7. Intellectual property
The FlashMart name, logo, app design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for your authorized business operations while your account is active.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or for operational or security reasons. You may stop using the app at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (payment obligations, liability limits, dispute resolution) remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers
The app and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Business decisions based on app data remain your responsibility.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater, unless a higher limit is required by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
